We bought this tv to replace a Sony that we had for a short time and not really satisfied with its quality. It was bought brand new bud its lifetime was very limited. The screen went black with a line down the middle one evening during a movie night. After some research and word of mouth we decided to buy this on a recommendation from friends who purchased the same television. We are very satisfied with all it’s qualities and options.

Good Tv , Colour and sound is good. All of these new TV could make the plug ins at the back a little more convent to get at.

Very good product, even excellent quality. This is the remote control that is not functional. I prefer to operate it with my iPhone, the remote control. It has practically no buttons, badly done, with nothing written on it, any door to confusion, in addition does not fit in the hand.

Didn't have an audio output for my TV Link thru Beltone.  Mounting holes were just that, holes.  No way for screw to connect to.  No instructions booklet for remote.

Disappointed

I hate how my new TV interacts with my Bell Fibe service. It seems like there is a competition between the devices. Sometimes it takes 10 minutes to fire up the Fibe service. The process is never the same and it is beyond frustrating. All of this hype about Smart TVs - I don't think so. What happened to power up and watch - no, no, Android has to wake up and recognize the Bell service - sometimes. There are time when i have to turn off the power 5 times, even had to unplug the Bell device at times.
