I love chipotle peppers in adobe sauce.Many good brands, this is a very good brand and the cheapest one.I found I wish they were all cheaper.It's quite cumbersome to make your own.So this is a must have in your pantry.
Drop some of this in your pot of black beans.
it's great to puree, the entire can, and put some of that in your black beans

These taste like my grandpas house growing up. I love chipotles and they're my favorite chile. They're Smokey, rich in flavor and very spicy. I don't ever go through one whole can in one meal. I use one chile and portion the others in a plastic zip bag and put them in my freezer. I have learned to just make enough food with these chipotles because they're too spicy for my husband and it's overwhelming for him to eat it. My favorite use is in chicken tinga  or blended up with crema and dressed on top of tacos.

Very spicy and smoky

I love this stuff so much, i made my friend buy some. He never would have otherwise, so I passed on the addiction. Awesome!!
Pop the easy open lid, scrape off the lil sauce that's still on it, give it a taste and let the flavor sink in. It's smoky, it's spicy, it's a power punch of a flavor in all of the right ways. A proper chef always tastes as they go when creating a new dish, lol.. It's a fun flavor and so tasty, the peppers are magic. Enjoy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] San Marcos is my preferred Chipotles in Adobe Sauce because  (1) in my experience, they are not as spicy (hot) as some of the others and, (2) they don't contain chopped onions. These chipotles make an awesome Chipotle Salsa (one 7.5 oz. can of San Marcos Chipotles and one 15oz can of Petite Diced Tomatoes - nothing else).

Not too spicy and No Onions

I've tried all brands of chipotle peppers in Adobe sauce,  this is by far is the best in flavor and heat.

My favorite weeknight dinner use is to toss a can of them into the crockpot with chicken and some taco seasoning. Takes all of 5 minutes total. Shredded chipotle chicken tacos!
