A secret well "hidden" at this price... nothing to complain about. From 1k to 50k. The right protection. I would take zero drop but 4 mm is perfect too.

Saucony

Haven't run for a few years because every time I picked it back up, I would injure myself. I've put about 45 miles on these shoes and I'm still feeling great and I'm injury free!

Great shoes for beginning runners

I was devastated when the Saucony Virratas were discontinued. For years I was looking for another neutral shoe that felt as light and quick as them and these were it! They will definitely be my go to every day trainer shoe as long as Saucony keeps making them. After about 100 miles in these I ordered two more pairs just in case they go away as well.

Relieved to find these!

I have been wearing Saucony Kinvaras since their debut around 2009.  Have probably bought 40 pairs over the years.. Almost all versions have been great shoes. I've stopped wearing them because of the increase in stack height (aka platform shoes) in the last 2 versions. As a supinator these high shoes cause me to roll my ankles. The Convergence is a great option. Reminds me of the older Kinvaras I've loved so much. So far they have been great. Saucony: please consider making a "Kinvara Classic" for loyal customers like me. In the meantime the Convergence isn't a bad substitute

Shoe for long time Kinvara wearers

Looks like the same base as the Kinvara 13 but I'm not sure it's the same foam because it doesn't have that “pop”. A bit narrow in the forefoot at first but alls good after breaking in. Good value.

The summer has gone I know albeit I put the saucony on to do the tai chi movement of the yang style.  It was easy to do . . . the formwork wasn't difficult was so easy to do

Chinese taijiquan either yang style or wu style...

Worst Saucony shoes I have had in over 30 years.  Quality has gone down and size I have been wearing for over 30 years now is too small.  I will think twice about ordering another Saucony product.

Saucony Convergence

Way too narrow and stiff, didn't work for me. I had to return. I wish Saucony made more minimalist shoes for real

Narrow and stiff

This is about fit, not quality.  
I have the Convergence from last year and I really like it.  I do NOT like the new Convergence.  Whatever changes made relative to the prior generation/model are horrible.  The shoe is more narrow and very uncomfortable.  I wouldn't even keep it for a walk around shoe, let alone running in it.  Why make a good thing worse?  Now I am in need of a 4mm drop/offset shoe with a low stack, which are proving to be quite hard to find.  If you're interested in making a great (4mm drop) shoe please copy the Brooks PureFlow 6.   Brooks stopped making that shoe several years ago. It was the best shoe I've ever had.  4mm drop/offset with a slightly wider (not excessive) toe box.  Happy to share more feedback anytime.  Thank you!

Why change a good thing?  Don't like the fit.
