Sauder® August Hill is chock-full of the antique look you never had - you know, if your ancestors weren't big on heirlooms. But even if they were, they definitely didn't have right-sized cases with any-room functionality for storage and technology. That's why this collection's oak TV stand, desk and more will blend in or stand alone as a truly authentic, truly updated solution from Sauder.

Sturdiness

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Couldn't be happier. It is well made, sturdy, and beautiful. And great price. Looks like a piece of furniture, not file storage.

walmart.com

I have the nightstands and after a move couldn't find anything I wanted for a file cabinet. Found this and made it duel purchase as I decided not to wall mount my tv. It's acting as a tv and Soundbar stand as well as the file cabinet. Went together easily by myself. Love the Sauder products. Would order again if I needed it.

Worth it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think Sauder is a decent brand for furniture. Feels solid and the drawer goes in/out easily. Assembly was simple enough, just took my time completing it. I ordered baskets for supplies to round out the look and usefulness.

Stylish file cabinet

I love my cabinet, it's perfect, heavy, it matches the desk perfectly

My beautiful cabinet

Nice.

I purchased this lateral file to match the desk that I have. Went together easily…great directions with links to videos. I didn't need them and did it by myself. Haven't used it yet but very sturdy and looks good too

Would buy again

Heavy, looks good, but had one hole predrilled slightly off

Sturdy, but had one hole drilled off the mark

as i was putting this together, it kept coming apart at places. i eventually got it to where i could dtand it up and it fell apart. i tried to fix it as best i could, and when i started to move it where i wanted it it fell apart again.

not sturdy

So many parts were not labeled and was a nightmare trying to guess what the parts were! I returned the product! There was also one part that had the gloss molding torn off. Torn part was not in the box, must have happened in production.

Nightmare of several unlabeled parts!

Very heavy, unstable and draw dies not align well . Really disappointed.

Heavy and unstable.

Sauder August Hill Lateral File in soft white finish with a natural wood top, featuring a full-extension drawer for letter, legal, or European hanging files and an open shelf with books and a storage box, placed on a light wood floor against a beige wall with framed artwork and decorative plants, also suitable for organizing office supplies.
