The additional storage is flexible, and more than adequate. In addition to being a very attractive piece of office furniture, this desk is easy to assemble. The instructions are accurate and easy to follow. The only times I almost made a mistake was when I had not followed the instructions to the letter. Sauder ready-to-assemble are the mainstay of my office.

The Executive Desk was as described. The instructions were very good and the unit was constructed in less than one day. There were a lot of pieces which seemed a bit daunting at first but the instructions were clear and the pieces and parts fit like a glove!

Product is as advertised

Its our office desk, takes awhile to put together but once done its solid. Read all instructions thoroughly before attaching pieces, i made some assumptions that were wrong and had to redo. Its a laminate which makes for sharp edges, may need to cover the front edge while working the keyboard. I would order again.

Great for the price.

I recently retired and wanted a small desk for office space at home. I ordered a Sauder desk for the good looks and durability. I am pleased with the product. I needed to reorder some brackets and a small front piece, due to our fault in not getting it put together correctly. I ordered the pieces and they arrived promptly. The only down side to Sauder is that you have to put the furniture together yourself. Be sure that you have someone who understands how to follow directions!  Great products that dont look cheap!

I Love My Desk!

We have the desk in our recently remodeled living room.  We purchased the white/off white one, I love the color/patina of it.   It goes so perfectly with our farrmhouse decor.   
It arrived in SEVERAL pieces, which was a little overwhelming at first, but my husband did a great job  following the instructions which were very clear for the most part.

I love this desk!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As the item is a customer assemble product is fell  in tune with all other IKEA style purchases. There were the expected  frustrations as some parts did not  meet the alignment specs, but over very satisfied with the product as it meets the needs of fuctunality.

Desk top came out of the box with a noticeable dent that bulged the top surface and a nick in the the opposite side edge that catches on your forearm as you work at the desk. I put glue on the nicked edge to keep the nick from catching on clothing and becoming worse. Unfortunately the dent with the bulge is quite noticeable! The surface feels soft and easy to damage. I'm making sure to always write with a notepad under the document and I put felt feet on the desk accessories to protect the desk top. I do like the color and design and the look of the pull handles. The desk size gives a nice workspace even with a 27"" computer screen. Assembled easily.

Migraine

This desk was very had to put together.  The instructions were not clear and I had to redo several steps.  It is not sturdy and will not survive a move..  Many of the pieces did not line up correctly and it looks it now that it is together.  None of the drawers slide in and out smoothly
