[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv stand is beautiful! It took a few hours to assemble, but it is a quality piece of furniture to last many years. It arrived in 2 boxes with many pieces, but the instructions were easy to follow. I love that it has 2 shelves on both sides to hold my dvd collection. Very pleased!

all parts are to specs, except for one or two items. do not tighten screws before going to next step. if you do be prepared to backup and untighten screws so that parts line up. had to drill hole in one part that had them missing. over all once finished stand is real nice looking.

This cabinet is such a perfect match in our space that it looks like it was part of the custom cabinetry we installed 20 years ago. Enjoyed the humor in the assembly instructions at the 3 hour mark.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful cabinet, love it. They only problem we had directions were hard to follow, pieces not all labeled. Took 4-people 6 hours to put together. Looks very nice put together.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all the price. That's kinda expensive for particle board. Your price was the cheapest. Some websites had it for $700 plus dollars.  Secondly the assembly took about 4 hours with two people. Third, during the assembly, we pierced the top because the screws (page 9) were countersunk flat head, so there's no resistance to tell you when to stop. Suggest using a button head cap screw with washer. That would give you a positive stop. Last, the top has the same surface as the sides even though you place heavy items (like a TV) on it. Suggest some kind laminent surface (hey!, how about real wood.) to protect the top. Real wood laminate would make forgot about the other surface. Please let me know if these comments will reach the manufacturer?

I bought this because it was the only such "credenza" I could find which would hold up to 6 audio/video components at the minimal height requirement of 33 inches. Putting it together took me a good 5 hours. At first I was impressed because it seemed to be constructed of decent materials, but once I got all of my components in it and my TV on top (which is well under the specifications as far as maximum weight is concerned), the supports buckled below between the feet. This did not pose a any danger because the overall weight was supported by the feet in the corners of the unit, but it looked horrible. I had to use wood glue to secure those (on both sides) so they would not bow back out as it's an eye sore. And the fronts of each shelf also bowed a bit which can be seen when the doors are opened. It's well designed, but some of the materials certainly could be improved to prevent the bowing. I must say I did receive compliments on the unit nonetheless.

Does not support a lot of weight

It's worse than what I hoped for but not better than what I expected. The reviews on here kept on stating how it was high quality, but it really isnt. Panels are thin, corners are banged up and smashed making it really noticable that it is MDF. Worse of all the alignment of the hardware holes made the doors crooked and not leveled to one another. Also they dont have proper spacing between the doors, so they rub on each other when you open it. Very poor quality for almost $500. I think I would've been better off at Ikea. Think of installing laminate floors and expecting the feel of hardwood floors. The reviews got my hopes up
