I found this costume on walmart's website a couple weeks ago, and was so bummed after I read the bad reviews. I was at our local store today and saw that they had one, so we decided to try it on to see how it fit. My son wears a 3T and the 3T-4T fit perfect (even with clothes on underneath). If he wore a 4T then the arms and legs may be too short like others said in the previous reviews. My son is so excited and has not taken the costume since we got home...I may have to hide it til Halloween! :) Great price and much cuter than the one I was going to be forced to buy at Party City.

Just what we were looking for!

Cure costume for my son. The only thing I wished was that it showed their size chart online. My soon is tasker than his age therefore usually a 2T however when received the costume there was the size chart for this item specifically which runs a little on the shorter side.

Cute costume but runs short

Like all the reviews say, it is small. My son is just now starting to wear a 3T and the 3T/4T fits him great with a little wiggle room. I feel that the 3T/4T costume would not fit a child that is starting to out grow a 3T or wears a 4T. The fabric is a little on the thin side, so if you have cold halloweens like we do, you will definetely need warm clothes underneath. With the fabric being a little thin I do not think it would survive multiple halloweens or lots of "heavy" use - meaning crawling/rough play :) Overall it is really cute and the price is great compared to some of these other scooby costumes.

It is cute! (but small)

My 2-year old is excited about his costume! I followed the advice of other reviewers and bought the larger size -- it fits him perfectly - smaller size would not have worked.

Cute Costume

This costume is a great value! Was looking on ebay for costumes and they were selling this one for more than Walmart and it was used! The only thing that I would like to point out is that it seems to run a bit small. My son is 22 months old so I ordered a 2T, which in normal clothes would be a bit big. However this costume fits him perfectly in the torso and arms, the only thing that is a big large is the legs which are long. So definitely order a size up! Other than that it is super cute and will work great!

Great product for a great price!

I gave this costume 3 stars because although it runs small in sizing, it is a great costume for the price!
4 on value, because I bought, "on sale", for $16.88 with $0.97 S&H (It would have scored 5 if sizing was correct) *Buyer beware: Walmart website had it listed for more $$ previously, but packaging clearly states the MSPR is $16.97
3 because it is exactly what I expected, AFTER reading the other reviews. (Thank you, BTW, reviewers for your honest input.)
My small 30 lb./35" 3YO just fits into it. I would guess the 3/4T to be closer to a 2T.
Overall, I still feel it is a good value. Anyone trying to fit a true 3T plus into this costume will probably be disappointed.

Trust the other reviews: RUNS SMALL!

I ordered a 2t-3t size of this costume, thought the price was GREAT! My son is on the smaller side for his age and when we tried the costume on....the legs hit mid calk, the sleeves only went to his elbows and it was tight in the chest. Some of his clothes are still 2T so I thought this size would be great, but its fit was more like 24 months clothing size rather than actual 2t-3t. Fabric and style was great, just very disappointed in fit, much smaller then label states it should be.

Size isnt what you expect!

I purchased this costume for my 3 year old son and it is way too small. It is a very cute costume especially for the price, but it was very short on his arms and legs. I had to return it and buy a different one. It would be perfect for maybe an 18 month old. Wish I would have read the other reviews before I bought it.

Sized wrong

The costume is decent, but is MUCH smaller than 3T-4T. I did read the other comments, but ordered it anyway thinking it would fit since my child is a very slender size 4T. The problem lies with the length. On my 36in. tall child, the sleeves only came to his elbows, and the pants only hit his knees. I couldn't even shut the back, and he was wearing just a thin t-shirt when I tried it on. This costume is size 24 month at the largest. More like an 18-month-size if you're going to put warm clothing underneath. If your child is bigger than that, IT WILL NOT FIT.
