When I received the first chair, the holes on the bottom were not threaded correctly and I could not put the seat on.  This is the only part requiring screws.  The company wanted a picture of the damage before sending another replacement seat.  LOL You cannot take a picture of threads.  Anyway, to the seat quickly actually.  But you have to have your weight on the seat to get it to adjust properly and this is difficult for a 9 year old and I have to do it for him.  This is obviously a chair for a youth - no arms - no back, so it should be made easier to adjust the height.   I wish I had shopped for something different now as this is for my grandson.
