Had the arm rest come lose after about a week of very light use. Turns out they decided to only put 3 screws in the clips to told the arms rests on (the clips have 4 holes for 4 screws) How cheap do you have to be... Last time i bought this exact same chair 5 years ago it cost $80 (that $100 less) and had all the screws... Its a shame because its a reasonably nice chair.
