The design of the scratch sleeves are not as good as others on the market because the sleeves do not flip open. The quality of the silk is also scratchy and rough on sensitive skin. This may be suitable if your baby's skin is not that inflamed but I stopped using it after one time because it was not gentle enough for my baby's severe eczema.
