Ease Of Use

Connectivity

The product was shipped to me very quickly but was a little surprised, considering its size, to see it sitting on my front step instead of tucked safely in my mailbox. I have only used it to do an initial drop of tons of family vids and photos so am unsure of longevity. After the initial start-up I was hesitant because of the software It seemed to need to be necessary to work but that was not the case. I was able to easily both copy and move files over from my computer to the portable HD with the speed being very impressive. So far so good....time will tell though so I will try to remember to do an update down the road

So far happy and a great start!

works flawlessly with a nvidia shield pro, and was very reasonably priced

Works great

Ease of use, just choose which you use, Windows, Mac, etc. installation is done almost automatically! And until date everything is going well, continue this way! Thank you.

Ease of use

Over the past many years, I have purchased many different brands of external drives. For me, Seagate drives have proven to be reliable. I've had far too many "off-brand" drive die on me without any warning. Nothing is worse than losing 2TB in an instant, so I went back to a brand that's worked well for me over many, many years. This drive is light and compact and mounts very quickly.

Reliable Backup Storage Soluton

Worked real quick. I am glad I bought it. Delivery was also quick and on time.

Seagste

love it

Excellent product quality, fast delivery +++
Great price and easy transaction.
I recommend it.

Seagate Expansion Portable 2TB External Hard Drive

Good product

Drive is good price. However, mine keeps having issues staying connected. It loses the connection and when I touch the cable it reconnects, but if I accidentally touch the cable again windows loses the drive again. Not sure if the cable port on the drive is the issue or the cable.

Large storage space, good price

Does not work with MacBook Air! Connected it to 3.0 USB port and was not registered on computer…device just beeped continually. When I went to return it, the girl at customer service said the same thing happened to her! Disappointed because it indicates it is compatible with a Mac

Does not work with Mac as advertised

Seagate Expansion Portable 4TB External Hard Drive HDD - USB 3.0, for Mac and PC with Rescue Data Recovery Services (STKN4000400) centered, front-facing matte black rectangular portable drive with Seagate logo and USB 3.0 cable; bus-powered, 4 TB capacity for fast transfers and backups of photos, videos and music; suitable for offloading camera footage on location.
