the item itself was fine other than not having glass or plastic to protect the poster.  the company though is TERRIBLE to work with!

Product Fine. Company terrible!

The frame does not have any glass or plastic in the front to protect your posters or picture. I realize the product description doesn't state that it DOES, but when purchasing a frame, I usually expect it to have something to protect the work it is framing from the front. The frame itself is great and exactly what I wanted.

Nice frame - no glass or plastic front

The “film” that protects the picture is horrible. It's not clear and the colors are muted and frosted…. Waste of money. Does not fit the price
