These Blackout from Secret are among my favorites opaque tights. The pantie part: The pantie is not that high. It has a gusset, one seam at the front, one at the back with a white tag. No back panel. There's an obvious contrast between the pantie and the leg part. The pantie is a little thicker and much darker. It goes all the way up to the top of the thigh. The “belt” is only an elastic and tends to roll down. I put a shaprewear panty over it to keep it up. The tights are very opaque and very dark (blackout). They're also super smooth, buttery soft, and  super comfortable to wear. They are pretty fit so they don't have much extra room. It's better to size up. The texture has a very nice little  glossy touch that looks very elegant and sophisticated. 
The durability is great. I take good care of them and they last long. I strongly recommend.
