Works very well so far and it was easy to set up and get running

It's stylish and functional. I think it's awesome that you feel the warmth immediately. You instantly feel a blissful wave of warmth that makes you feel good. This thing heats up super fast! There are two settings, one for very warm and one for perfectly toasty. I love using it near my desk. It completely replaced the Dyson I had previously, this heater heats up quicker than any other heater I have used. Everyone in my office has been asking about it. I would highly recommend this for a home or office.

Fast, Stylish and Efficient

Provides as much heat as the electric oil radiator that my landlord provided since our building boiler is out. The electric in my building is garbage so I had to turn off the electric radiator when using any other appliances, so I bought three of these bad boys and can run all of them at once PLUS appliances. I am pleased!

Just What I Needed for my Crappy Apartment

Yes it does come in black! The champagne color is nice too (more of a matte/satin nickel color if you ask me) And it is fantastic and efficient at only ~400 watts matching the output of a 1500 watt standard heater-the moment you turn it on. Amazing! 

But...Yes here are the dreaded facts that must sadly be presented to be fair. I bought one of these last year, used it near daily and a few days before the 30 day return policy was up (bought at Ace) it died, I returned it and the replacement has lasted me ever since, serving faithful month after month. I bought more units and got them today. One has already fried it's own filament without any trama to the heater, just broke the graphite while on. So with a few I am trying different methods of startup. The first one that failed i had turned on high right away, the second one i turned on low for a few minutes before turning it to high the first time running it, and that's the one that lasted, so I'm trying that again since low for an hour is what i had the third one on that failed in that hour. Point is, buy one (or a few) and hope they work long term because they really are something, just be prepared to exchange or return some or all of them. And register them with the manufacturer too so no matter what you get a year of service.
I hope they fix this issue and find a way to reinforce the graphite element

Great...If...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second time I've had this heater and it dies after so little time. The first go around it lasted me about 3 months the second go lasts me about 2 months. They die quick not sure why.

Does not last you long

Heats up fast but you cant feel it unless youre right next to it. for the price, I expected this heater to work fantastically. it does get warm quickly but after over an hour on high I was still freezing indoors 6 feet away. i didnt warm up until I was standing within a foot or two. I think it might be a little better with a small fan to help push the warm air around and towards you but its not much warmer than a radiant heater. I'd pay less than half the current price for the amount of heat it provides. It's pretty, very quiet, and doesn't use a ton of electricity, but I needed it to heat the space better. Ended up returning.

Not enough heat for the price

Only feel heat if sitting next to it. Does not heat even a small room

Not a good heater. You would have to stand right next to it to feel any heat at all. Waste of money.

have for a small room. you have to sit an inch away or closer to feel heat on high.  I'm returning it.
