I bought this to go with the peninsula version of this desk that I bought through a local classified. This item is a perfect match from the same product line and completed my home office L-shped desk. The box arrived at my local Wal-Mart in just a few days, way ahead of the promised date. Its heavy and hard to get into the house, but unpacking and assembly was very straight forward and the parts all fit together with ease. My Wal-Mart price on this desk was excellent and the free shipping to the store made this a no-brainer.

My wife bought this desk and with God's help I was able to put it together while she wasn't home. It would have bee easier with two people, but manageable with one. All the little styrofoam pieces go everywhere but the desk is solid.

Best desk under $300 for a home office. Put together easy. I would have given it 5 stars but the desk was hard to make level due to the screws on the bottom not going in all the way

Great Home Office Desk

This is a very nice looking desk and is laid out well except for the rear lip of the desktop.  There is not enough lip to mount an ergotron monitor arm which forced me to use the cable management holes on the desktop surface.  Because that hole is so big, elongated, it makes it tricky to mount in that location.  I love the desk even though.  As another point you may want to set the back levelers tight to the desk legs and the fronts out most of the way to level this desk on carpet.
