This was the addition of the recent desk purchase. We purchased the matching lateral file cabinet! Beautiful, and really completes my office space. Highly recommend Bush Office Furniture.

Sturdy and very heavy file. Construction required most of a day for an average guy, but the result was worth the effort!

Good Product!

Walmart made the initial delivery almost a week earlier than promised so that was GREAT! I think the cabinet will be fine....if the manufacturer can ever get the missing parts to me. I called in the missing parts at 1:40 pm the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I was told their shipping department was closed at 1:30 that day since it was the start of Thanksgiving weekend. She assured me the part would be sent out the following Monday, December 1st and arrive at my office the next day. When the parts did not arrive by the 4th, I called the manufacturer. I was told they sent them U.S. Mail, regular delivery and since I am in Michigan and they are in PA, they figured it would be the next day. When I still didn't receive the parts I called again on December 9th...two weeks after my initial call. They said they had no idea where they were, the girl was a little snitty with me, I asked for a next day delivery and she said she would ask for permission to do that. She did and said I will receive them tomorrow delivered by FedX. We will see. The cabinet seems to be of sufficient quality as I was looking for a locking file cabinet in a certain color, this was the best I could find.

Poor manufacturer response

I had to assemble myself, which is not a problem, except for the extra time and labor. A bracket was missing, and during assembly, a screw post for the locking mechanism snapped while attaching. Had to call the 800 twice to get new parts which delayed the assembly by a week. The slides for the drawers could be of a better quality as the drawers wiggle and shake during open/close; but it gets the job done. The appearance is very pleasing and matches with my other Bush office furniture

I Had To Assemble Myself,

no directions for putting together. So far it is not working as it should. given the lack of included directions it is hard to know whether or not we have all the required elements to get this working correctly.  Disappointed
