[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great couch overall! I have a small space and needed a solid everyday couch and this is perfect! I have had it for about a week now and it took as long as expected for the cushions to expand. The back cushions are a bit thin for my liking, but it's still a comfy couch overall. I was pleasantly surprised that I could put it together on my own as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sofa is easy to assembly, good quality for the price. Comfortable and good material or fabric. This is my third Serta sofa in a long time. Just make sure to read all the instructions before you assembly it.

I bought this couch for my three teens, to relax and play their wii on.  We have a recliner in their game room, and this is an excellent fit!!  Very well made.  Sturdy, and the cushions are so very comfy.  I'm very impressed with the quality for such an affordable price.  Way to go Serta!!

GREAT PURCHASE

Exactly what I wanted!!!

Sofa is wonderful for my living room. It was very easy to assemble. I don't give it a 5 star because it smells like chemicals and I had to do a few things to take the smell out.

Great sofa

It wasn't comfortable, and the rear cushions were lumpy.
The return is going slowly.

Very disappointed. They look like the photos   I like the fabric but the loose cushions are not completely upholstered. There is black batting patches on one side making them not reversible. The pieces come together in the back with two flaps of unpadded fabric held on by Velcro. If its not against a wall they look aweful. The backs are secured by 70s lawn furniture type strips. 
Very impressive packaging though. They had "Serta-always comfortable" printed on the box. They are far from comfortable. They may last a year. I hope I can replace them by then. Never will by another Serta product.

Regrets

Didn't have the highest expectations for the price but certainly expected it to last longer than a month. This sofa has been gently used but looks and feels like it's been used for a decade. Thought I might get a year of use out of it but it hasn't even held up for more than a month

Don't waste any money on this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unpacking very heavy one square box it was very obvious SERTA sent me a sofa that was actually a  RETURNED SOFA and resold to me !!! The color is not cream white it's a dirty looking grayish tan and  assembly is a NIGHTMARE the  cushions need to be stuffed into the cushion covers that turn out to look lumpy and one foam cushion sits lopsided on the sofa ! BIG Mistake buying this worthless sofa with no returnable options because to get the sofa out of the box you have to destroy the tiny  box it's STUFFED IN !!!  I'm too ashamed to keep this lumpy lopsided looking sofa in my living room ! WARNING DO NOT BUY THIS SOFA and SHAME ON SERTA  for ripping people off selling this RETURNED JUNK !!!!
