The title pretty much says it all. It works. Comfortable? No. I'd have to get up before an hour because I was getting very uncomfortable. Working from home and at a desk job, I can't afford to be getting up and down every 30 minutes or so while massaging my bottom so I can stand another 30 minutes. Plus, I am over 300lbs, and the chair is for heavy people, but it took no time at all (around 2 months) for me to break the pin in one of the armrests. 

With a name like Serta, you expect comfort. Maybe comfort for the thin, but not this guy.
