Great product

Came one day later than predicted but is truly fantastic. I have lower lumbar disc problems and this has really reduced my pain after being in it at the office all day. Yay.

I LOVE this chair. My back feels much better!

I've been working remote for several years. I've purchases a few chair that felt confortable, but my new Serta air is extraordinary.
Not sure why I spent too many years with back pain trying other chairs. I can work long hours now with no back pain.

I felt the difference right away

Bought this chair to replace another Serta that was very uncomfortable and wearing down after only 1 year. This chair is supportive, good looking and rolls easily. Great purchase for our office!

Very comfortable and sturdy chair.

This chair has eased my back pain to the point of nonexistence. It is very comfortable and has helped my posture out.

It is well padded, although the seat seems a little deflated after only two weeks of use (the only reason I have for docking this chair any points, as was the main problem with my previous chair and why I replaced it) but still seems like it'll support me for a long time.

I wanted a chair that had a tall back, supported my back, had comfortable armrests, and supported my weight (close to max @ 240 pounds) with ease and comfort. This chair satisfies all of these and I'm very pleased. Also has good hydraulics. It's the envy of my best friend, and I am sure I'd buy it again if and when I need one for another room.

Also, as a bonus, it fits in pretty well with my existing furniture, some of which is maple, black, or gray, though that was not one of my considerations when I bought it.

Very comfortable chair

Everything about the chair is great except that it feels a little wobbly.  We checked to be sure we did assembly right and tried to adjust but still wobbly.  Hoping it won't break or become worse b/c otherwise it's very comfy w/good support, padding, and quite nice looking. Here's hoping it holds up!

good for the most part

Chair is ok but really expected a lot more comfort being a Serta.  Should be less expensive and if I could would return and buy a different chair.

Serta Office Chair

First of all I knew I was in trouble when I saw the bottom of the box falling out on my front porch when it was delivered. That was the beginning of the problem and it got worse. This chair at best is a $99 chair and I would pass it up at that price if I could have sat in it at the store. For one thing don't let anyone tell you it goes together easy. I had to go to the hardware store and buy a tap and die set to chase all the threads except for one putting this chair together. I also had to use a pair of scissors to finish the job that should have been done at the factory around the threaded holes that were full of stuffing from the back of the fake leather. The reason they tell you not to tighten the bolts as you go is because by the time you got them all in they don't line up perfectly and you are using a pipe on the end of the allen wrench for some holes. I am 5' - 11" tall and I'm far from fat at 193 lbs and this chair is too small for me. I feel like I'm ready to fall right off the front of it. The only good thing I can say about this chair is the seat is comfortable. One more thing the base legs of this chair is not made out of metal, it's just more cheap plastic painted silver. Serta makes chairs like they make mattresses and I'd never buy another one of those again either. For $314 that I paid for this chair I got rooked. Plus I had to pay another $70 for the tap and die set to be able to screw the bolts in and in one of the inserts the threads were rusted.  To give this chair one star is too much too.

THIS IS A POOR PRODUCT AND NOT WORTH THE MONEY!
