When I was at the store a month or so ago I found a pillow that was super firm and I believe that's what I ordered. On the outside wrapper it says extra firm but on the pillow it said super firm. For side sleepers they do not support my head and by morning my shoulder is killing me. I would just like to get a pillow that lets me sleep and not wake up miserable

I like a firm pillow, and the hypoallergenic quality appeals to me as well. The pillow is firm enough to sit with it at your back as you watch TV, yet comfortable enough to rest your head on while sleeping.

These pillows are exactly what I expected, also bought the supposed "Firm" Serta pillow and those were a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.  But these Extra Firm ones are perfect and a great purchase for the money. Actually ordering 2 more of these to make up for those "Not Firm" ones. Highly Recommend

Excellent good fluffy soft pillows. I was surprised of how full of fluff they were. Helped me with my neck ache as a side sleeper. I haven't had a good pillow like this one in a long time. I bought two for the price of one. Yes Serta the best. I highly recommend.

Great pillows

I haven't had a chance to use them just yet but the company speaks for itself. Any pillow I've bought from them is COMFORTABLE. Made for sleeping on for all positions and keep firm for a good amount of time. The back of them is just as comfortable %26 the fluff will last for months. I caught in a glitch %26 got 2 for the price of 1 so it was a win win!

Comfortable pillows for little $

My partner loves this pillow. It's just right as it's not too hard or too soft. We replace our pillows every year as they get nasty. Think about all the dead skin and nasty stuff that gets in there. So, don't waste your money on an expensive one. This is just what you need.

Replace your pillow regularly. This one is perfect

For the price, it's an excellent option for the usually hard to find King size pillows. I try and replace mine every year or so and these make the habit alot less expensive.

I'm looking for a firm pillow. I am a side sleeper. Especially now that I'm pregnant. I need a firm support too for my neck. This isn't doing it. It is soft and feels nice. But is absolutely not firm enough. Not a bad pillow tho. My kids will use it. Or I'll use it for my back.

Its a pillow and its probably hypoallergenic, thus the 2 stars, but its about as far from Extra Firm as cotton wool, you put your head on it and it sinks all the way to the mattress. I can't imagine what the extra soft must be like, probably just an empty  pillow case
