I was worried when I opened it up.  Looked too  small for my size DD44, but it fit perfectly.  Looks beautiful and so comfortable. Just has minimal support but good enough. Absolutely love this

This is the bra that my plastic surgeon recommends after breast surgery. It is supportive and comfortable.   Best feature is the generous armpit hole.
