This really transformed and smoothed my dry frizzy hair. I'm sure it's just really heavy conditioning, leaving a sort of coating on the hair but it works and my hair looks 10x better than without it. I do not use it every time, maybe every 3rd shampoo I use a clarifying shampoo (currently Neutrogena) to remove build up and keep it fluffy. Happy.

The SheaMoisture Manuka Honey %26 Mafura Oil Intensive Hydration Shampoo is seriously one of the best shampoos I've used. Moisturizing

SheaMoisture Intensive Hydration Shampoo is an amazing accidently purchased shampoo! I have used it about 4 times and my thinning hair is growing and feels great!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My hair is dry and breaks easily. Since I've used SheaMoisture shampoo, my hair is soft and doesn't break all the time.

I have the older formulation which does not moisturize the hair like this newer formula.
consequently I can use less of this product and still end up with silky hair.  My hair is bleached with 30 peroxide and is normally grey to white with a slight wave.

This made my hair feel so conditioned, smooth and helped with detangling in the shower. I'll wash my hair first then apply the conditioner, leave it in while I wash my body and then rinse the conditioner out. Feels good to my hair and scalp. And came with a seal on the inside under the cap which is good too but we customers prefer a good seal on the outside.

I'm keeping this shampoo because it does work well and my hair likes it. It does not, however, smell at all like honey. Not even a little bit. I was hoping for a natural honey-scented shampoo and was really disappointed. I love Shea Moisture products because they are good quality and keep my hair manageable. I won't be buying this one again, though.

Not honey-scented

This line was recommended by a friend so I tried the shampoo and conditioner. Love the conditioner but the shampoo is not my favorite. Smells nice, lathers well but I expected some slip since it contains honey and oil. It seemed to tangle my daughter's hair up more during washing which I was not a fan of. When mixed with some of the condioner it seemed to do better. I'm sure it works great for some textures but just didn't agree with my daughter's. Try for yourself and see.

Works for some

I purchased a 24 fl oz bottle a month ago for $10 and than recencently I purchased a 13 fl oz bottle for $10 dollar! It's literally the same thing, they just changed the packaging! I'm disappointed with the price gouging especially for such little product
