Identical to the one it replaced. Very good for corn bread/muffins. The kids loved them. I made ~4lbs on a weekend %26 shared them out.

Always good for me. cannot have wheat for allergies, So rely on corn and rice flour for cooking all my bread type articles. what would I do without variety. Ha Ha.
