I am obsessed with silk coconut original milk!!! It has a fantastic taste and texture. It's perfectly sweetend and makes a great addition to your coffee and tea. Also, the coconut is not too overwhelming and taste amazing right out of a glass. The ingredients have changed but only for the better, thank you for listening and making this even better!

We had some in the refrigerator and I never really gave much thought to it since I tasted a bit of Blue Diamond's coconut milk and didn't like it and also do not enjoy Silk almond milk but when I tasted THIS coconut milk, I loved it. I decided to try making hot chocolate with some and it was so unbelievably delicious! I tasted the milk by itself and was also impressed with it's taste! I ended up just drinking the rest of it by myself and now I'm on the hunt for another carton. It isn't plain tasting like how I find Silk almond milk and Blue Diamond's coconut milk to be. It's also not too sweet, just right! It's just my taste and I enjoy it so much, I highly recommend it and I'll definitely be using it a lot more!

I am lactose intolerant so I bought this on a whim & it has become a staple in my fridge. The taste is delicious, light, refreshing & tastes great with coffee. I LOVE all the Silk products. The Cocunut milk is my new favorite!

I can't live without my Silk Cocunut Milk!

I bought this product yesterday and had my mom try it as she is also lactose intolerant. We both loved the taste and texture, and think that it tastes better than any replacement milks we have tried. Heck, it tastes better than milk.

Thick and creamy, less calories than skim!

I've been drinking Silk Milk for a decade now. Just ate a bowl of cereal and saw natural flavor as an ingredient. Why not just write what the "NATURAL FLAVOR" is from. (I'm banning all products that isn't honest with their ingredient list.) As a consumer it's frustrating. tastes good- but what is it... I talk to several people about nutrition and many agree with me on this and other similar subjects.

Natural Flavor? What is it???

I just bought your milk tonight to try it. I like coconut creamer by So Delicious and I usually drink Almond. Well I tried it tonight with my cereal, & almost immediately my stomach started aching and now I feel bloated and upset stomach. Would you please let me know what ingredient(s) that could cause these symptoms. Thank you, Debi Ensign

Some ingredient is making me bloat

I naively trusted this was a healthy product and just purchased 2 half gallons on a rushed grocery run. So disappointed to come home and find carrageenan - known to cause gut inflammation and linked to colon cancer - in Silk Coconut Milk. I will read labels prior to purchase and not just trust that certain brands are healthy and will not be purchasing Silk products anymore.

So disappointed carrageenan is in this!

Any of the Silk brands that have Carrageenan in it are bad news in that it contains MSG (better still it contains "glutimic acid" which is toxic in your system. MSG has monosodium glutimate in it. It is not that the monosodium that is bad for you, it's the glutimic acid that is. Manufacturers are not suppose to put MSG in foods for consumers, so instead of recalculating their recipes, they still do under another name (carrageenan) hoping the consumer won't figure it out. You can look this up on line under MSG warnings and find a whole list of different names for MSG being used under pseudo names.

Silk Brand Milk any flavor

I buy silk coconut milk once a week because we love it in our cereal. The past several weeks I have purchased this product, ever single freaking one I buy is as thick as syrup. It's so frustrating. I'm tired of it. The expiration date is always good and it doesn't matter what store I am buying it in... It's always thick no matter what. Literally comes out of the carton like maple syrup. The taste and smell aren't "off" that much so I don't think it has gone bad but it's just so annoying to open yet another carton only to have thick white stuff end up all over my cereal. I'm done buying coconut milk from this company.

WHY SO THICK LATELY???

I just looked at the ingredients of Silk Coconut Milk 80 and it does NOT list carrageenan yet when I look at the container I just bought, it is in it. WHY ? I thought is was going to be removed by now. Great product if they would remove the carrageenan
