I was looking for a NON-GMO cookie to try (tired of everything having bioengineered food products in it), decided to try these and was surprised at how good they were! I thought for sure they would taste weird because of the nut/seed flour, but I couldn't even tell the flour was different! I want to try their other products now! The only con is the price but worth it for a treat with healthier ingredients!

These are really tasty. But they are expensive, so we only have them as a special treat. We try to eat only organic cookies and sweets and avoid all corn syrup, sugar alcohols, and other artificial sweeteners. We look for sweets that have added sugar in the form of organic cane sugar, organic stevia and organic monk fruit,

Except for the cost, these generally non-wheat nut-based products are of exceptional taste and reflect the quality one would seek in a tasteful and nutritious health food.

I had tried these cookies a few years  ago and they had no flavor. I read a good review on them the other day so decided to try them again. They are much improved…
    . I can taste the dark chocolate chips,  and although there should be more of them, at least the flavor is there- also I can taste vanilla, which is very important for all cookies, in my opinion. 
    I immediately ordered another box. You don't get much in a box so you can't just gobble them, but they're the best tasting chocolate chip cookies, (gluten-free with healthier ingredients) that I have found. 
   I know coconut oil is something that has to be eaten sparingly- but I am going to trust (after looking up the recommended amounts per day )that a few of these cookies every other day or so is not going to hurt my cholesterol.
   I definitely want to keep these on hand -as  the choice of gluten-free cookies that have decent ingredients- and that are affordable- is very limited.

Close to ‘Expected' Choc. Chip Cookie Flavor!

great little cookies for gluten and dairy free peeps, they taste like Famous Amos! everyone in my house absolutely loves them. they are a little expensive but this is because the ingredients are much healthier than they're junk food ones and you can feel better about eating these then chips ahoy any day of the week haha

If you're looking for a great and healthier alternative to traditional chocolate chip cookies that are loaded with who knows what, this is a wonderful option.  (obviously it is still a treat :) 
I think most would agree there is a small amount in the bag for the price, however it probably reflects the real cost of food without so many additives and ingredients you can't pronounce. My recommendation is- 
Get a big glass of milk and ENJOY! 
Side note- They're even better refrigerated :) %26 you may be tempted to eat the whole box in one sitting.

The “healthier” cookie

I'm a huge chocolate chip cookie person. It's actually the only junkfood that I eat. I'm very strict when it comes to artificial sweeteners, artificial flavors, added sugar, seed oils, and just a bunch of crazy things. 
My only weakness is chocolate chip cookies. I needed to find a cookie that's clean ingredients. I did a little searching and found these cookies. 
tastes amazing!! I had just about every chocolate chip cookie brand, and I'm telling you right now these taste exactly like chips ahoy, but clean ingredients. 
I've been buying these bulk, and eating one box every Saturday just to help my cravings in cookies. 
of course you will have a ton of people that will say one box is way to much, but if you're eating clean throughout the week you will be fine. Most people are so worried about calories and sugar, I'm more concern about saturated fats, and these cookies are actually pretty low compared to so many others!. 
I usually order the double chocolate simple mills because it's even lower in saturated fats. For being under 40grams of sugar, under 1000 calories, clean ingredients, low saturated fats ( that's comparing to sooo many! so if you're like me that has a hard time eating only a few, just keep in mind these are very clean cookies and you will be find! Of course you will have so many others that will name a bunch of different negative things, but in the United States pretty much everything is bad in a way unless you want to pay a lot more $$$ just for very simple ingredients. 
anyways if you want a nice cheat snack instead of making fresh. 
I find these cookie excellent quality for the price!. 

by the way there are 20 cookies in each box. Each cookie is the size of a 50 cent coin. Cookies are very similar to original chips ahoy ( blue package). if you freeze them like I do the cookies are still soft enough to eat.. The freezer doesn't affect them at all, so it's just another way to keep them more fresh if you buy bulks  like I do. 
I highly recommend these delicious cookies!

To be honest, I was very doubtful about buying these because usually cookies taste anymore like cardboard, but I'm glad I took the chance. Delicious, tasty, yummy, flavorsome.

These are delicious and the ingredients don't make me feel bad giving them to my daughter as a treat. She loves them. They taste very similar to leading ultra processed brands without the bad stuff. They are a regular staple for our house.

Delicious cookies

They are healthier than standard cookies. The texture isn't the best but they taste good. If you can afford them then they are great, they are just very expensive for the quantity.

I gave 3 stars only because of the high level of saturated fat. It's a wonderful product, what is this facaination with coconut oil? Does anyone realize that 5 Saturated fat is way too much, and while everything in these ingredients are perfect, coconut oil is artery clogging! 

I bake with light olive oil and that makes it HEART HEALTHY. Fellow Vegans, wake up and understand that cooking, baking and consuming Coconut Oil on a regular basis is deadly! 

Simple Mills, your products are delicious, but 86 the coconut milk and replace with Olive Oil. 🙏
