We are very impressed with this water dispenser. The material feels high quality. The heating and cooling system works perfectly. Easy to reach buttons at the back to shut off heating and cooling when not in use. What a hidden gem.

Quality Water Dispenser

Purchased it a few weeks ago and had it delivered a few days ago. So far, it works great. The water is cold enough in my opinion. The water could be colder overall. It is a great buy and works as intended.

Great Item for the price

There was a tase to the water even after recommended rinse cycles. Rinse additional times. Dispenses excellent hot water.

There's several specific steps you need to follow the instructions for sure. Nothing hard, but it's vital to the operation of the cooler. Plan on a few hours before actually starting to use the cooler. It's working great.

Quick shipping and looks good. Water is just not as cold or hot as our last dispenser. Will use at least a year before possibly trying again.

This water dispenser came as restored, not new as I had ordered.  I have to take it to a post office to return it as it does not work. It should be picked up. Its too heavy and large for me to carry.  I contacted customer service which did not help whatsoever.  A total waste of my time and still no resolution.  Should be a 0 rating.

Was in need of a new dispenser…. I Ignored the bad reviews wanted to try for myself setting up was easy…. I noticed  water droplets around the jug after a few hours of setting up… I wiped it off went to bed… woke up and over half of the 5 gallon jug we installed had leaked out from the top, will be returning

Really nice looking water dispenser matches our black and steel appliances. Price was very reasonable. Unfortunately the water was leaking from the top when we turned the hot and cold buttons on. It happened overnight for some reason and didn't happen right away so it took some time to notice. Once we empty the 5 gallon jug, it'll be returned for another replacement. Hopefully there won't be problems with the new one. Otherwise it's a very nice dispenser.

Very nice looking water dispenser but leaks

It's not the make it says on Walmart site , simzlife is not a brand, it's some generic  product,no where it is written Simzlife on the dispenser , regular price of about $400 is misleading, way over priced and deceptive
