Excellent chickpeas

I bought these to use as stuffing/weight in some homemade craft projects like e-reader stands. They work well for this purpose. I have re-hydrated and cooked them in the past for use in salads.

Perfect For My Purpose

I have been experimenting with new vegetarian recipes and the sitara line of beans and chickpeas has really made the recipes better. I used these to make a black chickpea curry and they came out great.

Really like this product. So healthy and easy to make. Started eating this several time a month to increase my protein & fibre intake. Soak it overnight and then boil to cook. Added some seasonings and enjoy in salads & soups or on its own.
