To prepare these dark red kidney beans, rinse and soak them for at least eight hours or overnight before cooking. One cup of dry beans makes approximately 2 to 3 cups of cooked beans. These kidney beans have a very rich color, and they cook very easily even without a pressure cooker. They can be ready in 20 to 25 minutes. It's good value for money as the price is very reasonable.
This is my favorite brand of kidney beans, and I will go to a different store to find it if it's not in stock. There is no substitute for these beans on my list.

I only buy raw kidney beans. To get them soft I soak them overnight and then boil them down for an hour the next day. They can be added to rice, soup and stews. They are healthy and filling. I Recommend buying.

I must say they are exceptionally tasty. I use them to make rajma curry. They are so good and delicious. Perfect for cooking rajma.

It taste like the Indian flavour, that I used to say in my hometown, the perfect combination of the species and the taste of beans is just wow.
