was very difficult to get on the first time, is better now that I have wore them a few times

These are really cute shoes and I'm sure they would fit well if I could get them on!  The elastic in the top that should expand to let my foot slip in is so tight I can't get my foot into the shoe. I tried and tried but just couldn't get my foot in. Had to return them
