I put this in my unsweetened oatmeal and sometimes I put it my tea if a ceartain tea was too strong.  I just love that it doesn't have a sugar alcohol in it that upsets my gut. So glad Walmart carries this brand.  Be careful to read all the labels though for any flavor by this brand because some do have ingredients that end in "tol" that can cause people uncomfortable side effects.

This is a yummy sweetener. Try it!

I have to drink a lot of water and have to have flavor. These are fantastic. I mix with water and real fruit. Perfection

Skinny mixes

I got this one because I see it everywhere. It isn't as sweet as I expected it to be you need to use quite a bit in order to have the flavors come through and Sweetness when using a good Matcha powder. Typically all sugar-free items or items that use alternative sugars are sickly sweet and it really surprised me that this one is not that said if I add enough, you truly get a great vanilla caramel flavor.
