For 12 bucks I would say this is a good case, other than for 1 thing. 
The part of the case that covers your screen is magnetic (which is fine) but the magnet is not strong enough to keep it closed. If you turn the ipad upside down, the case just flops open. This is obviously fine for regular use as you would never have it upside down, however, I am clumsy and worried about the screen getting damaged due to the cover opening if it gets dropped. 

Every other case I've had like this wouldn't open unless I opened it.

TLDR: Okay Case, front flap opens on it's own, magnet is not stronger than gravity.
