I had my eye on this set for several months, I have bad knees & needed a table and stools that are counter height, this fit the bill! I'm also plus size and let me tell you these stools fit my wider behind and the height provides ease to sit & get up. I put this together myself, it was very tedious, lots of screws to twist and the top of the table you have to free hand screw down (tip build table upside down). It took me 5 hours to assemble & Im in a wheelchair, so if your not I'm sure it will be faster. This set is sturdy metal and worth the painful wrist & back from putting it together. The only thing I didn't like is the light shade of the table top, the rest is a deep chocolate brown, the seat is faux leather. This is the perfect size for my small open layout kitchen/living room. If your a plus size person looking for a kitchen table seating solution don't hesitate to scoop this up! I absolutely love it & feel a sense of accomplishment everytime I lay eyes on it in my apartment! It's on sale now I payed about $30 more plus insurance/warranty. Get this set you'll thank me!

Easy to assemble, lot sturdier than expected. Very cosy and cute, we use it as a coffee bar. Perfect for two people.

Great table

I bought this to use as a desk It is the perfect height for standing or sitting. The stools are incredibly comfortable. Easy to put together. It comes with a small allen wrench but I bought a full size tool and it took way less time.

Great as desk/work from home

The table is sturdy, chairs are big. The only down side is that the table top didn't have pre drilled holes for the nails. So it was very hard to put together towards the end. But if  I can do it, anyone can.

Good quality

the first step is putting the legs of the table together and it was immediately unlevel and you could see that it wasn't even close to being square. I tried readjusting the screws multiple times. and I'm no stranger to assembling furniture at all. I was accepting the fact that I may have to put felt pads under one leg. however, when I went to put the table top on, the base was so obviously uneven and I square that one side of the top was barely on the frame while the other side was hanging off. but if you tried to adjust it, then the opposite side of the table would be jacked up. just a mess. I must've got a dud based on all these other reviews.
