Seedless only way to go, been eating this for more years than I can remember and I'm 76!!!!  Past year or so have had to order online get a case (12jars) every 2 months. I have it with peanut butter on Ritz crackers  almost every night

I had a favorite aunt who used to make Blackberry Jam.  I thought I'd never find Blackberry Jam as good as what she made but was pleasantly surprised when I tried Smucker Seedless Blackberry Jam (it was as good as my aunt's). I miss my aunt as we lost her this year at 100.  Every time I eat some Jam it brings back great memories of her.

I'm so sorry you're not making the Blackberry SEEDED jam!  I can't find it on line or in any stores within 50 miles of my location. I've never had an interest in canning this because my husband LOVES only Smuckers brand. I still purchase the Red Raspberry seeded when I can find it, however I've recently discovered a new brand we love. So, it looks like I'll be picking blackberries this year and home canning. If your company would just come forth with explanation instead of trying to push the seedless, your patrons, including us, might hold off. But sad to say, your excuses are just pointing us to a possibly better brand.  If you made and sold in stores or online, I'd recommend this product, but how can I when we haven't tasted it in many months?!?

Was a staple

I love blackberry jam made by Smuckers. I ate it as a child and decades later it is still my favorite. Over the years I have tried other brands but none compare to Smuckers. I love it on homemade biscuits, hot waffles in place of syrup, mixed into oatmeal, and of course PB&J sandwiches. Still the best and my favorite.

This is the best Jam ever. I do not have a second favorite, this Blackberry Jam is amazing, I go through a jar about every two weeks

Your Blackberry Jam has been my favorite for several years. Occasionally I will get your Orange Marmalade or Strawberry Jam for a change of taste but I always come back to the Blackberry. It's the best!

I admit that it has been a long time since I bought and used Jam, so when I bought a jar of blackberry Jam I was truly disappointed to find out that it was nothing more than a jar of jelly.  No real fruit in the jar just jelly.

What happened to Jam

I hate that I can no longer get blackberry jam with seeds from Smuckers. The seedless has very little taste. It's just sweet. The seeds add flavor and fiber. Plus now it doesn't seem to be as tart. I tried the seedless, but it doesn't compare to the one with seeds, so I no longer Buy it.

Give me the jam that is tart with seeds.

After eating your product for years, I now notice Smuckers uses High Fructose Corn Syrup.   I will never purchase or consume your product again unless you switch back to pure cane sugar.  Shame on your company for letting accountants and managers control the quality of your product.

I love Smucker's Blackberry Jam.  It's the best jam.  I put it on everything.  From a English muffin at breakfast, to eating it on my roast beef sandwiches, or even just lathering it all over the palm of my hand and licking it clean, Smucker's Blackberry Jam has been a staple of my culinary life for as far as I can remember.  

For at least 6 months, I have been unable to find regular SEEDED Smucker's Blackberry Jam on any shelves in any grocery store in the vicinity of my residence.  What's going on?  Has the world become so weak that it cannot tolerate a bit of texture in the sweet spread?  If you don't want seeds in your fruity paste BUY JELLY!  

SMUCKER'S- HAVE YOU LOST YOUR MIND?!?!  WHY CAN'T I FIND MY FAVORITE JAM?????
