Great Vegan Ice Cream Sandwich

So Good!

Tastes like real ice cream.  But the cookie parts are not so tasty.

Good ice cream but cookie part isn't great.

Gluten free has come a long way in terms of taste and texture over the last couple decades. Unfortunately Sno brand's gluten free "cookies and cream" ice cream sandwich did not go along for the ride. Like eating two flattened, chocolate-flavored peat pods with ice cream in the middle. The dairy free ice cream was nice though.

Nostalgic for how all gluten free used to be done?

I wasn't overly thrilled. The oat ice cream part tastes "icy" with a cream like aftertaste. It's ok but there are better ice creams that are dairy free out there. The cookie part is actually really nice tasting but it has that grainy rice flower after texture that I literally hate.

The other con, it's so expensive for getting only 3. Not buying this again. I'd rather eat gf cookies crumbled in another type of ice cream than eat these. I'm sure they are someone's cup of tea, but not mine.

Not my cup of tea.
