Easy to assemble.  All things lined up perfectly.  You do need to pay attention to the pictures and which direction the holes are facing when assembling.  Helps to have three people to make the first attachments to stand up the two ends.  

The canopy slides get caught a little if the pull is a little askew (off center) but easy enough to get it back aligned.  Would prefer if it was smoother but seems like it will work well enough.  

Looks good we are hoping it lasts a while.

I like the size.I might need to put a clear coat of something on it,it just seems rough. I hate the storage seat. It's a 
Pinch your finger nightmare. It's not easy off and on. Since there's only six screws in the bottom base, you may need to add more for  storage. You get with what you pay for you can make it better. Like put your own Hinge On.

I would give it 5 stars if it wasn't for the plastic foot attachments that do not secure with the metal latches like the top connects securely together. it has already survived an Arizona "tornado" and flew a street over into a neighbors back yard, slamming into their large tree and then slamming to the ground. Went to get it,  and it was still in ONE WHOLE PIECE with no tears in the mesh or fabric cover and only a little bent on 2 of the 12 poles but not enough to affect soundness in structure.  This surprised me because upon opening the box I was not happy with the seemingly cheep quality of the poles. Don't judge them harshly because they are a lot stronger than they look and feel.
Would buy again but suggest the manufacturer invest in having the foot attachments latch like everything else so when the structure is stakes down, it does't still fly away due to coming out of the foot attachments that the stakes go into.

Impressed

Good design but quality needs improve, the screws broked easily and washer does not match, there are no extra screws for replacement.  Doubt about it can hold up to 440lbs. Btw, the instruction are too simple and missing a lot of details.

This thing is low low low quality!!! It's more flimsy than popsicle sticks!!! It's not worth $5!!! I'm sending it back now!!! Don't waste your time and money

Horrible product

The legs come in 2 pieces, and the connecting point fits together so badly that the legs are constantly crooked. Within a month, the rollers got so stiff that it was a constant battle to extend or retract the thing, made worse by how flimsy the rods in the awning that constantly twist at wild angles and get jammed. Worst of all, within a year the metal ring that holds the awning to the only roller with an anchor on it (to keep the thing retracted or extended) rusted through and broke, presumably because no one thought to weatherproof an outdoor awning.

Flimsy garbage

This was by far the worst experience I've had trying to assemble something and I've been assembling things for 30  years.

First of all the instructions are HORRIBLE. There's no words it's all pictures with numbers and letters and all of the parts have very similar lettering so you have to watch closely for that. The diagram for some parts does not clearly illustrate the orientation of the parts and therefore you may end up with an entire section that is completely backwards before you realize it.

I had to modify some internal braces by cutting with an angle grinder because they were about 1/2” too long to fit into the channel. I would have returned it once I saw this but by the time I got to that point in the instructions I already had pieces permanently attached to my home which would have left gaping holes had I removed. 

The attempt to make this adjustable has made it extremely difficult to put together. Additionally, due to the way the parts connect  for said adjustability, I do not believe it is even stable. The end pieces do not have fixed attachment points and I have serious concerns that they may migrate out of place over time. 

I cannot and do not recommend this to anyone. Had I known even a fraction of this I would not have purchased. Has I not always had pieces permanently attached to my house I would have returned. I will definitely be looking for a replacement.

Save yourself some time, money and headache and look elsewhere.

Terrible directions, poorly fitting parts, flimsy
