This was so easy to put together (which I did by myself), the instructions were clear and marked well, I love it!

Arrived earilier than expected.  Perfect fit for a small room.  Makes cleaning the floors alot easier.  No furniture to move.  Great value for the price.

Floating Shelve

The product as a whole is perfect for what I am using it for. The quality is a bit under but all in all not to bad once it was put together and hung on the wall. I did like others had to drill new holes because it would not line up other wise. Not a huge problem. The only real complaint I had were the moveable shelves. The holes did not line up, they were predrilled in the wrong spots.

Not to bad... could be better

Takes about an hour to assemble and hang.
I read other reviews about this product, and almost decided against it. BUT: now I'm glad I got it.
Yes it is made of particle board. And YES you do have to assemble it. And because it's particle board, it is heavy, and must be mounted as directed. It's not difficult, and if done properly, will work absolutely fine.
But, the assembly of this product is no worse than most any other comparable product.
However, because it hangs on the wall, and just doesn't stand on it's own, does make it a little time consuming in mounting. AND, you have got to mount this product as it was designed to be mounted: which means it's mounts MUST BE SCREWED INTO WALL STUDS.
NOTE: Nylon wall anchors mounted in sheet rock to accept wall screws, WILL NOT HOLD THIS.
So, if you decide you like how it looks and want to buy it, make sure your able to, or have it mounted as designed, and you'll be fine.
COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THE PRODUCT. SUITS MY DECOR TO A TEE!

Great product for such a low price!

The product looked very nice on the website but was made entirely of particleboard and held together very poorly. The whole point for me in ordering this was the ease of not having to make my own. I wound out having to deadbolt it to the wall as the wall mounting system left much to be desired. Also every surface you do not see in the picture is unfinished so be warry if you plan on mounting this at a hight where the bottom is visible. I still need to do a few tweaks to get it as tight as I wanted it as the latching system is not as sturdy as it could have been.

All in all it looks nice but if you like functionality and stability be ready for a lot more do it yourself work then the instructions provide. In my opinion had they steared away from all the fancy dials and fixtures to put it together and just pre-drilled screw holes they would have been doing everyone a favor.

Somewhat regretful

Once you put the shelf together it feels and looks legit.  Make sure to read the instruction thoroughly.  Its all particle board so  dont expect much. The way you mount the hooks on the back could use better ingenuity.

not bad / needs better instructions

The metal pre drill mount that goes on the wall are. 8 inch apart when they should be twelve. I manage two drilled into the studs. And there is no room for wires to be between the unit and wall. I had to be creative additional supports on the bottom of mount. The mounts should have slotted openings for easier drilling. Going to Home Depot for brackets to place on the bottom. 3 days and it's still up but little nervous

Looks good but plan on getting creative

We really liked this product but the equality of the one we received was very unsatisfactory! There was a defect in the wood-- a crack right on the top..  We weren't able to return it because we needed it that day!! So we are dealing with it, but very disappointed!!!!

wall mounted TV stand

This product should be priced lower. I paid 100 but after receiving and installing I would be more comfortable paying 50. It went together well and looks decent enough but the hardware bracket system is worthless. I had to shim it on the bottom behind the unit because it tilted forward. I drilled holes and used lag bolts to get the amount of support I was comfortable with. I'm content with my purchase only after my modifications. The problem is that there are not a lot of units out there with this type of configuration...I.e. wide with multiple shelving areas. I found 2, this one and another that stows DVDs on the bottom shelf which makes it useless for components. So am I happy, not especially...I'm content. If you find another product similar to this type of design you may consider the other.

It's Ok bit not exceptional

I purchased the "chocolate" color console and it doesn't even come close to the color shown. It is more of an dark expresso color (which is what I have now for an entertainment center) and the reason I wanted a new one in a different color. It was easy to put together but overall NOT the color which was the main reason I bought it.
