Underbed Storage

Many pieces, but straightforward to put together.

Can be straightforward, but also requires patience and effort.

Can be easy to follow, but may lack clarity for some users.

Excellent bed kit! Pieces were carefully packaged to avoid damage even though the boxes were very heavy. Instructions were very clear - Ikea level of detail. (Tiny issue: no extra hardware bits. Just don't lose anything.) Took two of us about 2 hours to build, but we work slow. Only had one minor oops and it wasn't bad at all. Practically Dummy Proof lol! Bed looks great and feels very solid. Also breaks down into 3 main pieces and 4 boards for transport. Storage compartments are extremely handy. Highly recommend if this is the style of bed you are looking for!

Excellent bed platform and a pleasure to build!

walmart.com

Easy to assemble. Good price. This is paryicle board construction furniture with wood grain finish. It has good engineering though. I really appreciate that you can put it together easily and it has a design with good storage that looks nice. If treated well should hold up unless it gets exposed to moisture.

Good value and looks very nice.

Love it. very strong and sturdy. My husband and I aren't very small people and we finally feel like our backs are supported. It was very heavy and definitely took way longer than the 90 mins they suggested it would take to build it. (more like 3-4 hours) overall very satisfied.

I purchased this bed for my daughter for Christmas and it arrived really fast. It did come in two different boxes but on two different days. Directions were easy to follow.
She loves the bed.

Looks very nice! Assembly took about 3 hours alone, but well worth it for the cost, look and extra storage! Very heavy packaging. Definitely have someone with you to get it to its final room destination before assembly

Verrr niiiiice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Delivered in two boxes. Each box was so heavy, I needed help just getting them into the house. Upon opening the boxes I carried the bed piece by piece up the stairs to the bedroom and laid them out. I recieved every piece and sorted them after looking at the 40 page instructions. I only had to drill one hole that didn't get pre-drilled and left one screw out that wouldn't line up correctly. While there were many pieces and parts it was easy to put together once pieces were sorted. This seems to be a sturdy bed and the cubbies help keep my daughter's room organized without having things shoved and lost under the bed.

I would recommend...

While the bed itself is beautiful, it's worth noting the instructions were a pain. With 2 people the est assembly time is 90mins, but it took us almost 3 hours. The instructions is basically pure visuals and there is no labels to segregate the hardware. You basically have to guess which screw is which.

It is also worth noting that these cubes are NOT standard cube bin size. Average cube bin size is 11x11 or the rarer 13x13, but these are 14x11ish, making it a tad bit harder to swap these bins out for colors less gravish looking than what is provided.

Overall happy to have purchased.

Lovely but difficult to assemble

I would like it to be a little higher buy getting used to the lower height. Easier on the knees getting up in the morning. Also would of liked to have 6 bins instead of 4 as standard since I'm using the bins instead of having a dresser.

Storage bed

Leaving a 3 star review because we are missing 2 of the baskets... also... ours came with WICKER baskets, not the grey ones....

Im leaving the 3 star because of the 2 missing baskets equate to 2 missing stars.

otherwise the frame was a pain to put together but seems very solid.

me and they wife want our 2 missing baskets we were crooked out of!!!!

missing 2 baskets!!!!

Shipping of this was odd since it shipped in two boxes. The instructions weren't entirely clear so we ended up having to go back and move parts early on. Many pieces were chipped, which wasn't very concerning, and they provide a little marker to correct. It looks like we should have received more bins than provided, but whatever. The ones provided had handles that were distorted.

Ultimately, it wasn't my first choice. But for the price I suppose it's alright.

Meh.

The bed had three large messed up places where the paint was knocked off and another place where the trim was torn off the edge. Definitely not worth the over $500 it costs when it looks like I picked up a used bed at a garage sale

South Shore Flexible King Storage Platform Bed with Baskets in pure white, shown in a front 3/4 view with beige quilted bedding and white pillows. The bed frame features multiple open storage compartments along the base, some holding gray fabric storage bins, books, and decorative baskets. The mattress rests directly on the sturdy platform frame without a box spring. The minimalist bedroom has light gray walls, a white door, a framed black-and-white photo above the bed, and a beige rug on the floor. This bed is suitable for maximizing storage in small bedrooms.
