Box arrived extremely banged up but everything inside  was ok

I bought this to use as a dresser/changer for my daughter she is 8 months old and the crib/changer combo wasn't working out for us as she is getting too big. This is the absolute perfect height, the storage is great and it looks so beautiful in her room. It says "chocolate" for the color, don't let that confuse you because it matches the espresso armoire we bought exactly.

Absolutely love this piece

The first one I got was broken, but Walmart quickly replaced it. This dresser has a hard wooden back, unlike others that are only plywood. So it will not break or fall apart if you move it. The drawers slide easily and close very smoothly. The door is a little flimsy and does not open all the way back. I really expected the door to be heavier but it's only plywood. There is only one adjustable shelf behind the door, but there is plenty of storage room. It took about 2 hours to put together, but it is made much better than other South Shore products that we have purchased. Overall, it looks nice and stores clothes well.

Small, cute, and sturdy

Decent piece of furniture. Pieces were a bit nicked but we used a white marker to fill in. Not worth the time/effort unbuilding and sending back. Drawers are a bit shallow but its for our nursery so it works.

This item is a great size and has a beautiful look to it, but doesn't have solid quality I was hoping for. The drawers are lightweight  and I'll have to watch what I use the shelving for as well. I am definitely a bit disappointed.

Gorgeous, But Not Solid

Damaged

The furniture is cute. But we did have a broken piece in the box, it was not packaged well. I'm not sure how long it will last since it's not super good materials but not a bad deal for the price.

Not packaged well but cute

I've had this dresser for less than a month and I've had to fix it twice already. I got this dresser for my daughter and the bottom of the drawer fell out. So I used a glue gun and put it between the ply board and the wood sides. Just last night I realized that the ply board and the glue were separating for whatever reason. I think the dresser is very cute but it wasn't the easiest to put together. Instructions said 90 minutes and it took almost 2 and 1/2 hours to complete. Not a big deal but with it already giving us trouble for something that took awhile to put together. I'm not happy. Was hoping this dresser would last till my daughter went to college but looks like we will be buying her a new dresser next year.

Beautiful but...

Opened the box and found a deep, long scratch on the first piece in the box. Sent the entire package back. New one is supposed to arrive today. We'll see !
