The molding doesn't fit the bed and the corners are very sharp. On some of the boards did not have the holes in them. It's like they are being mass produced and some boards get missed. The packaging is very heavy.  But I guess you get what you pay for.

We bought this product based on great reviews. After receiving our matching headboard with no hardware, we finally got this bed. The initial stages of putting it together were easy..much like Ikea but as soon as we had to put the platform part on it all went sideways.   There are no holes drilled to help you line up the boards on top with the edge of he bed so if it's not exactly right then it goes through the wood on one side or the other. Even after laying all 8 panels out first they still didn't fit together and were crooked. Then the edging had to be screwed on from the bottom but again there were no guide holes. The edging doesn't match up and there is so much room between screw holes that it's not even sturdy.

if i could give this 1 star I would. this is cheaply made. and it looks nothing like the picture. and it was very difficult to put together.
