This is a very nice looking sturdy daybed.  It is heavy.  It takes awhile to put it together. It has a lot of pieces.  My 76 year old husband put it together by himself. He did not have any problems. He did say the hardware could have been marked a little better.  It took him about 15 hours total to get it all assembled. I would buy this item again and would recommend it to a friend. I am very pleased with it.

This bed is fantastic and our son loves it! The only con is the instructions/construction of the bed. Give yourself double the amount of time to put it together. Other than that its exactly what we were looking for!

Beautiful bed

The instructions with this bed is crap!! Could  have been a lot easier to put together with better instructions. None of the hardware (screws,bolts,connectors,etc.) was marked, they was all in a plastic bag together and had to refer to the horrible instructions for the picture of them and hope you have the right item! Bed is very pretty put together just needs better packaging and instructions!

Instructions are horrible!

We love the bed, its adorable for our daughters room. It was beast to put together, some of the holes were not drilled through all the way, the side holes would not line up and some of the screws were not the right size to where it went to far into the wood.

It looks great in my daughter's bedroom and overall I am very pleased with the products.

South Beach Furnature Experience

Esthetically this bed is everything I was looking for, the colour is beautiful and functions well for a toddler. I do have a 10 inch thick mattrass which makes me a little scared he may fall over the sides, even with the toddler rail purchased for the front of this bed. I gave three stars because my son has already cut his foot from simply standing in front of his bed, the edges are really sharp, I've had to purchase edge protectors. The quality of the engineered material used is not the best as this bed scratches easily. I will be purchasing another bed within the next few years. For now this works ok for a 3 yr old. Please be aware the bed took us 6 hrs to put together. Overall an ok bed for transitioning out of the crib.

Does the Job.

The day bed is good and sturdy and good finish and color. However the assembly was a nightmare. Too many parts and either the holes were missing or located in incorrect spots. Had to drill new holes and as a result had to install some additional T-braces for reinforcement. Couldn't do it myself so had to bring in professional help that cost me $300. But enjoying the bed now!

Daybed

The back board didnt go with the bed, screws keep unscrewing and the bottom board and other parts broke apart literally in pieces

Beautiful bed ! After taking every piece out of the boxes and arranging them I realized that they sent me two head boards as opposed to one foot and one head board!!!! I had to flip one inside out. Putting the unfinished side with the holes on the outside. I was furious! my brother had to create new holes . I had destroyed the boxes and could not ship it back!!! The boxes weigh a ton and it would cost me more trouble to arrange for a pick up etc! To top it off the screws for bottom drawers were incomplete. Had to run to the hardware store to get more screws! I will never purchase from this seller again!
