If you are watching your daily sugar intake, consider using Splenda Monk Fruit.  We started using this as a sugar substitute at home and did not notice much of a difference in flavor, either straight from the jar or in the cooking or baking. No funky after taste!

Sugar and Spice and Everything Nice

I love this sugar substitute.  I am  type 2 diabetic.  Having options other that artificial sweetners is quite nice.

Monk Fruit

This is my go to sweetener. It is natural, has no calories and can be used instead of sugar in anything.

My sweetener of choice

This is the best tasting sugar substitute I've tried. The taste and texture is very similar to regular sugar but without the calories or increase in blood sugar levels.

Goo alternative of sugar

This sugar is good for replacing traditional sugar and probably effective at reducing sugar levels as I have witnessed personally with a drop in my HBA1C levels (in addition to other measures), however, it has a chemically/metallic taste that changes the flavour of my tea. I won't be purchasing more of this product for that reason.

Very small amount of monk fruit in the product. It measures out like regular sugar so you really get very little in the package.
And it's not even as sweet as sugar. It's good though that it's a healthier option, compared to more chemical sweeteners like sucralose and aspartame, etc. I just think the price is too high for such a small package, considering Monk fruit is 200 times more sweet than cane sugar. It should be sweeter.
