Once you have a taste of this spread, you can't put it down! Delicious! Delicous!.  One spoonful is not enough!  The only thing I dislike is when it's all gone.  It won't last in your home. It is devoured.  It is a delicious spread on toast or served with cheese, meat, and bread.

I bought this fig jam expecting caramel‑sweet fig, but my jar leaned dark‑fruit tangy with a prune‑raisin bite that read tart, not mellow, so I had to add sugar for my meatball glaze. Other fig jams run much sweeter, so if that's what you want, look for labels that say caramelized, honey‑sweet, or rich and smooth, not “fruit‑forward” or “no added sugar.”

Best Jam ever had, No artificial Sugar -- sweetness is by grape juice concentrate. Simply amazing, should try!
