My Pilates Reformer has given me new life! I love love love it and for the first time in years have found an exercise program that I'm eager to do every day and miss when I can't do it.
I've been exercising with it for six weeks and already notice a big difference (for the better) in how my clothes fit, how strong I feel and how tall and lean I feel.

The customer support staff also deserves a 5 star rating - or 10 if it were available.
I had two small issues when my reformer first arrived and they were immediately taken care of, no questions asked (was sent new DVDs and a new cord which arrived within a few days of my phone call.

Best purchase I've made in years!

staminaproducts.com

I am 71 and bought this in preparation for climbing Machu Picchu. I have a bad back and have been in physical therapy and yoya also. My cousin told me about this Pilates exercise machine. Ordered on line. My husband put it together and put it in our bedroom. It is convenient and easy to use with the included DVD. I plan to order the next level DVD soon. It is really helping my core. Oh, just got back from climbing Machu Picchu with my family!!! Yes, I am recommending this to friends. Thanks

Great features

This is a top of the line folding reformer that you will love! It comes with the stand which is so helpful. You will love the light gray WIDER platform, which leaves room for wider hips or your arms. The extra head and neck pillow is wonderful and the new strap adjustment system is included and is the best yet! You will love having this in your home. I have dealt with years of pain in my knee and hip. I am pain free and have lost 3 pant sizes. You will love it!

Beautiful machine-Pain Free-Weight Loss!

The real deal. I have been doing Pilates at a studio, with an instructor, for 5 years, and from my perspective, this reformer seems to work as well as the professional machines in the studio. During this time of coronavirus, it is great to have a reformer at home. I know 2 other people who have purchased this model in the last few months, and they too are more than pleased with the purchase.

Very satisfied with this reformer

I did not know there were different models of the AeroPilates Premier Series 700. I received product 55-4700B which does not have the rope length adjustment loops on the sides of the platform. Other than that, everything else is the same and wonderful.

Know which model of the Premier 700 you are buying

My wife loves it. Does the level 1 workout every day and loves how it feels. My only quibble, as I've been doing it, is that trying to keep up with the video the first few times is hard....you have to stop and start and rewind the DVD constantly to get the positions right...and I hurt my back pretty good insodoing. I know it's an unrealistic request, but a starter video that takes longer to explain the transitions for the first 5-10 workouts.

Great machine

This is a solid machine for home use. I'm not a big fan of the 'bump' that happens when the second set of roller wheels crosses the mid-line on the rails. This happens most often while jumping out using straps on feet. I wish it was a little smoother. It's also an adjustment using the tension cords instead of springs and determining the best ones for different exercises. I've done Pilates on studio reformers for years, so I'm a little extra picky. Other than that, I've enjoyed having a machine at home during quarantine and use it about 5-6x a week. Great workout every time!

Great quality in-home machine.

Customer Care

Good for some basic reformer moves but the rebounder doesn't fit securely In the slot. It still works but it's a defect. Also the whole machine shifts when you rebound using more than one band- and I'm a slim woman. If I were not petit this thing would literally travel across the room in three jumps. I can't figure out how to shorten the straps so that they stay. You have to hold onto the ends and it burns your hands. It's Not the worst machine but priced about 300 more than it should be.

Meh... wish it was higher quality

The reformer is a good affordable option for home. I get the stretches I'm looking for and can certainly work my abs and arms. However the overall quality is a little low. I can to be careful with the reformer, make sure I use soft bounces otherwise the machine gets shaky and loud. The pulleys also make a lot of squeaky noises so if you want to speed up at all you really can't without again, the machine getting shaky and loud. I have to be a bit delicate and gentle with the machine.

Affordable, useful, not for daily or rigorous use.

Stamina Products Customer Care

Horrible. It broke after 3 times of use. And I'm only 100 lbs so it's not a weight issue. Very disappointed.
