Took maybe an hour at the most. I also love the white color because it will match many colors. Right now we have a boy, but with it being white it could also match a girls room as well. It's got a ton of storage to hold everything you need from clothes, to diapers, wipes, wash cloths, socks, etc. I would recommend this dress as it is small, cute and functional. Definitely more practical than a changing table itself!
