My grandson's foot is so wide and has a high instep.  These were the only shoes I could find that fit him because they came in extra wide.  The shoes are made well and easy for him to walk in.

The Artie Shoe is such a cute sporty shoe with a perfect fit. They are flexible which makes them the perfect shoe for all activities from indoor play groups to outdoor sports/walking not to mention they are so stylish! SR have always been on my grandsons foot. Nothing but the best! You will regret any purchase from SR.

I feel confident that these are the best and safest shoes for my son. He is just starting to walk and at 15 months and 28 pounds and 33 inches tall, he's my late bloomer Hercules. The 6w fit great with a little room to grow. We usually don't mind hand me down shoes before walking and  once the kids know how to expertly walk and run. During this phases though where they're just starting to take first steps, I want their feet to grow and land on the ground that best supports their walking. This is especially important when we're out and about. I kind of wish stride rite offered a 7w for bigger kiddos, but I think he'll be able to walk pretty well by the time he grows out of these. I think it's money worth spending .

Just what we needed

We live out in the country, so the shoes are not only comfortable but also sturdy. My son seems to be enjoying them a lot.

Perfect, he seems alot more comfortable and confident to walk.

My son has wide feet and I was searching for the right fit as he transitions to walking. These were perfect and them seem so comfortable for him. Definitely purchasing when he outgrows this set. Thank you!

Absolutely love them!

It's tough to find good supportive shoes that last through those rough first baby steps, and in an extra wide. They go on easy and are comfy enough that baby leaves them on. Great shoe.

This is our second pair for our second baby. They are the BEST first walkers!
