The bike packing did not contain the hex head tool needed for assembly.  The one used to attach the handlebar to the frame is missing.

Did not order this and didn't receive it as sent to another address in another province. Tried to cancel and told it couldn't be done even tho it hadn't been shipped when I called.

Account hacked very poor customer protection.

Bike is Awesome, Purchase Experience was Awful.   

This is the second “Strider” bike I've purchased… just needed the larger size for my 3.5 year old. He LOVES the bike and was tearing around on the smaller version from the time he was 2.5. 

I ordered the larger size from Walmart as it was on sale and $20 cheaper than other retailers. I ordered on a Saturday and delivery was supposed to be the following Friday… this seemed like an awfully long time (Amazon offered next day delivery), but I figured it was fine since the weather wasn't great and it would still be here by the weekend. On the Monday I received an email that my order was ‘on the move' and would be arriving soon, so I thought it might even arrive early. Friday came and went without even an update from Walmart… I had to track my order to find out that they had pushed the delivery date to the following Monday (over a week since ordered). 

Save yourself a very disappointed pre-schooler… just order from Amazon. If I could go back, I'd happily pay the extra $20 to guarantee on-time delivery.

This was a fraudulent transaction where the thief gained access to my Walmart account to purchase these items and have it delivered to an address in another province.  Lesson learned - never keep your credit card on file with Walmart or any other online vendor.
