The Strong roots white bean and lentil tomato stew is a nutritious meal of bean mix (white and red kidney beans) spinach, tomato and lentils. An extremely nutritious, yummy meal that offers good portion and balanced nutrients. It took me 7 minutes to prepare in the microwave and it is truly a fast and healthy dinner for those busy evenings I can not cook. I tried this product and received a full rebate in exchange for my honest opinion.

I really liked this item.  I often look for healthy choices to take to work if I haven't had time to make something wholesome myself.  This was a great flavourful choice.  I felt great about the ingredients and found it perfectly spiced to be interesting and exciting.  

I'd have them at home if I wanted something convenient or at work for lunch.  It was great to find high quality vegan food. I tried this product and received a full rebate in exchange for my honest opinion.

Strong root was a new brand that i have noticed in the frozen meals section and decided to try their vegan options.
Preparing the dish is very easy 3 minutes in the microwave then you mix and replace it in the microwave for an additional 3 minutes 
The overall flavor was nice i like that not much spices were added to the dish and we can taste every ingredient I tried this product and received a full rebate in exchange for my honest opinion.

I was able to try Strong Roots™ White Bean & Lentil Tomato Stew recently and was pleasantly surprised. I honestly didn't expect to like it as much as I did being a healthy / vegan meal but it was packed with a lot a flavor and was really tasty. Compared to other frozen meals this one felt like it had a lot more substance to it (aka it wasn't half full). It is a bit on the expensive side for me but Vegan meals tend to be anyways I think so I would assume it's pretty normal if you're on a strict Vegan diet. This would be perfect for someone that was Vegan or Vegetarian and needed a quick meal. Honestly even if you're not and just want a healthier option, it tastes good! I tried this product and received a full rebate in exchange for my honest opinion.

Packed with lots of flavor

I really enjoyed this dish. It is a very convenient dish that is ready in a few minutes. The dish contains only natural ingredients which I really enjoyed and allowed me to eat this comfortably knowing that it was a healthy dish. The flavor in the dish was just right and it was balanced perfectly to provide a well seasoned dish. I tried this product and received a full rebate in exchange for my honest opinion.

Nice Natural Food Dish

The product that I tried is white bean and lentil tomato stew.  Honestly, this is not my first choice. My first choice is the green curry one. But surprisingly the tomato stew is much better than I expected. To be honest, I am not a bean person and I was a little bit hesitant to try white bean, but the tomato stew is perfectly much with the white beans. Highly recommend to all vegan person I tried this product and received a full rebate in exchange for my honest opinion.

I have never tried this brand and for the first time it's really good. I tasted the Strong roots - white bean and lentil tomato stew. It lacks a bit of salt but overall the taste is great. The base product is good and one could really adjust the taste according to their needs. It's quick and easy. Ready in seven minutes. Strong Roots White Bean & Lentil Tomato Stew is a delicious and healthy ready-made meal option. I loved the flavours of the meal which is made with real ingredients. There wasn't one that I didn't know what it was. I love the low fat, high fibre and high protein content. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this meal and how tasty it was. It is definitely something that I recommend giving a try, and certainly something that I will consider purchasing in future. Tasty, Healthy & Convenient

I am always looking to incorporate plant based meals into our weekly plan so I was excited to see that this brand had some quick meal options. I found that this was really thick and extremely bean heavy. There weren't many tomatoes to make it stewy as the name suggests. I ended up eating the entire dinner with tortilla chips - kind of like a bean dip/salsa which was really nice. I don't know if I'd buy this flavour again but I am interested in the other flavours by this brand.  I tried this product and received a full rebate in exchange for my honest opinion.

I tried the strong roots white beans and lentil tomato stew. It is a ready to eat meal and good for a quick eat. Loved the taste but had to add a little bit of salt to elevate the taste. Otherwise it's great and quick to make. Very feasible and a healthy choice. Good for the times if you want to eat something quick and healthy. I tried the Strong Roots White Bean and Lentil Tomato Stew and it was good at all. I followed the instructions on the box and it came out very dry and not liquify at all like the box shows. The stew looked very grey/brown in colour and not very appetizing. The flavour was also not very good. This product might be good for someone that is a vegetarian or vegan.  I tried this product and received a full rebate in exchange for my honest opinion.
