I hope this will help whoever's looking for baking this puff pastry. General Preparation Guidelines
Defrosting: Most frozen pastry products (spring roll, sambusak, puff pastry) require thawing before use. Thaw them in the refrigerator overnight or on the counter until pliable, but still cold to the touch. Work quickly with cold pastry.
Filling: Sunbulah pastries are a "blank canvas" and can be filled with various sweet or savory ingredients such as meat, cheese, vegetables, fruits, or creams. Ensure any filling is cooled before adding to the pastry to prevent the dough from melting.
Cooking Method: The products can be prepared by baking, frying, or air-frying until golden brown and crispy. 
Specific Product Instructions
Puff Pastry Sheets/Squares
Preparation: Thaw the sheets until they can be unfolded or unrolled without cracking. Lightly roll them out on a floured surface to even out the seams, but avoid pressing too hard. Brush off excess flour.
Cutting/Shaping: Use a sharp knife or cutter for clean edges. Avoid brushing the cut edges with egg wash, as this can seal the layers and prevent the pastry from puffing up.
Cooking: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake until puffed and starting to brown, then lower the temperature (e.g., to 375°F/190°C) and continue baking until the pastry is dry, crisp, and deep golden brown. 
Spring Roll Pastry / Sambusak Leaves
Preparation: Defrost for at least 30 minutes at room temperature until the leaves separate easily.
Filling and Folding: Place your desired filling (meat, cheese, vegetables) on the pastry sheet and fold it securely into the desired shape.

Found the pastries to be too dry after baking. Other pastries I've used in the past is flaky but not dry.
