August 2024 I have several other Suncast sheds that have done very well in our Mediterranean climate. I was pleased to see that quality has remained the same as Suncast products from 5 years ago. Summers can mean 110°F temps and winters down into the 20s. I was able to assemble this shed by myself, and it now houses our large lawnmower. I'll be adding a 12" wooden shelf that spans the width instead of purchasing a one from Suncast. A solid base is key to the shed sitting properly. Pavers are not a good choice for a base.

Easy to Assemble

The best part is it is easy to assemble. It only took less than an hour, By myself  to get The shed Fully up and running. The best thing to do is make sure the ground is level or build a base for it.
My one and only complaint is the locking hasp. It is too small for the standard circular lock that I like to use it is heavy duty made by Brinks. Aside from that any other Lock will work.
I've had 5 days of rain. No water is leaking into the storage shed.

great value easy to assemble

Exactly what I wanted. Roomy enough for 2 small generators, 5 gallon gas can on the bottom. Bought a piece of wood at home depot to make a shelf 50 x 12 and it fits perfect. Put all my electrical cords, tools, oil, and manuals for the generators on this shelf.

Great Shed

I normally don't write reviews, but in this case I felt I had to.  The shed will work for outside storage just fine, the problem is the instructions.  They must have originally been written in another language and then changed to English, Spanish and French.  Some of the pictures are difficult to make out, I recommend watching a Youtube video on how to put together, it will save a lot of frustration in the end.

Suncast BMS2500

Bought on sale and it is definitely worth every penny and then some. Nice looking, fairly easy to put together, which took less than an hour. Stores a LOT of your outside items. Delivered right to my door. Best purchase I've made for outside storage. Might purchase another next Spring, for the back patio. This is a purchase you will not regret.

and the foundation is level. This is not built like a brick outhouse, but it will store a push mower if you can fold the mower handle down and have room for the gas can and some other incidentals. There will be some warping of the top, but nothing outrageous (we keep ours in a sunny spot). It does allow some water during a downpour.   If you want something watertight for generations to come, you will have to build it yourself, because this is as good or better than anything else of its kind out there now for sale.

Make sure you have a good foundation.....

I purchased this unit to store my bicycles. DOES NOT WORK! Unless you have small clown bikes.
Fairly easy to put together, but two people are needed. Needs a level surface as a base for the doors to swing correctly and not put stress on the bolt/screw system which is modest to say the least. For storing small items like bags of fertilizer or stackable boxes it would work great. I was not thorough enough in my research in searching and should have measured everything before purchase. Read everything thoroughly before purchasing and measure the items you plan to store. I spent $270 smackaroo's and can't store my bikes. Yesterday, I went and purchased a larger unit that will hold my bikes & have now spent about $750.00. Expensive lesson!

Suncast Utility shed

Front doors of this unit do not fit.  Unit is not easy to assemble, and comes with poor instructions. It Suuuuucks!!!  Unfortunately the box got wet and it  is heavy so too much trouble to return so stuck with it.  Hopefully outdoor Duck Tape will work😞🤔

Parts do not Fit Properly

Missing parts. Tried to contact the manufacturer and each time we called there was a message that they are "experiencing high call volume" and the call is automatically disconnected. If we can't get the parts we need we will have to return this product which is a huge pain as it's already 3/4 built.

Walmart should be ashamed of them selves for scamming this as a black Friday special for 306 dollars. i bought this exact same thing just this October for 190. don't get me wrong its a great little shed but they are scamming you out of another 100  dollars!!!!  how do you sleep at night you scumbags!?!?!?!
