Sunnydaze Galvanized Rectangle Raised Garden Bed - 4' x 2' x 1' - Green

Ample Growing Space: Provides 47" W x 23" D x 12" H dimensions with a 56 gal (7.49 cu ft) soil capacity for deep-rooting plants.

Weather-Resistant Construction: Made from galvanized steel to resist rust and weathering.

Improved Root Health: Features a bottomless design for proper water drainage, encouraging roots to grow deeper and stronger.

Easy Assembly: Includes all hardware for straightforward assembly.

SPACIOUS CAPACITY: The rectangular shape of the metal garden bed offers a generous planting area for vegetables, herbs, flowers, and companion plants. The extended footprint provides more usable growing space, making it great for larger gardens or high-yield planting. The galvanized steel raised garden bed measures 47" W x 23" D x 12" H and weighs 9.8 lb. It has 7.49 cubic feet of soil capacity (about 8 bags of 1 cu ft) for deep-rooting plants like tomatoes, peppers, and carrots.

DURABLE DESIGN: This rectangle raised garden bed uses 1 mm thick steel corrugated panels that resist bowing under soil pressure, while the zinc coating prevents rust season after season. The raised flower bed's rolled edges make working around the bed safer and more comfortable. Galvanized garden beds do not require maintenance and are built to withstand years of exposure to outdoor elements.

PROMOTES BETTER DRAINAGE: The bottomless rectangle garden bed improves soil structure and drainage, reducing the risk of waterlogging and root rot. It allows roots to grow past the 12-inch height into the native soil below, so deep-root vegetables like tomatoes, peppers, and carrots thrive without depth limits. The elevated design of the planter raised bed keeps soil warmer and less compacted, promoting faster germination and stronger root systems.

GROW MORE IN ONE BED: The long design of the metal raised garden bed for outdoors is great for planting in rows, organizing crops, or separating plant types. It makes garden planning simple while creating a familiar layout for vegetables, herbs, and seasonal flowers. The rectangular shape of the metal outdoor planter box works well along fences, patios, sheds, or open yard areas. Place it where traditional in-ground gardening may not work while creating a clean, purposeful garden layout.

QUICK AND EASY ASSEMBLY: The garden box is designed for quick, straightforward assembly so less time can be spent building and more time planting. This raised bed planter assembles in under 30 minutes - connect the corrugated panels with the included bolts and wingnuts, no drilling needed. A Phillips screwdriver is needed for assembly and is not included. Place on grass, gravel, or soil. The bottomless design fits any natural surface. For patio or deck use, add a liner.

Maximize growing space with the Sunnydaze Rectangular Large Raised Garden Bed, designed to provide a generous planting area for vegetables, herbs, flowers, and pollinator plants. The spacious 23-inch long by 47-inch wide footprint provides more usable growing space, making it great for larger gardens or high-yield planting. The 12-inch height and 7.49-cubic-foot soil capacity hold approximately eight 1-cubic-foot bags of soil. The layout keeps plants within reach from all angles and is great for planting in rows, organizing crops, or separating plant type. It works well as a large planter for outdoor plants, above ground garden bed, herb planter, vegetable garden bed, or raised planter box for the backyard, patio, or other outdoor areas where traditional in-ground gardening may not work. It is made from 1 mm corrugated galvanized steel for long-lasting durability. The corrugated panels help resist bowing under the pressure of heavy soil, while the galvanized zinc coating helps prevent rust season after season. The sturdy build maintains its shape even when filled to capacity, while the maintenance-free design stands up to rain, sun, and changing weather without the upkeep of wood. Rolled edges create a smoother finish for safer planting, weeding, and harvesting, so working around the bed feels more comfortable. At just 9.8 pounds, the lightweight design is easy to position before filling, making setup simple in the garden, backyard, or along a fence line. Assembly is quick and simple. The included wingnuts allow the panels to connect without drilling, and all bolts and hardware are included. The open-bottom design allows plant roots to grow past the raised section and into the native soil below. This gives deeper-rooted plants more room to grow while allowing natural drainage to help prevent water buildup. Place this outdoor garden planter directly on grass, gravel, or soil. For patio or deck use, simply add a liner underneath the metal garden box.

Ease Of Assembly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The finish is very shiny and sturdy. It is easy to assemble them together. Took my mom about 1 hour to finish it. Very light, not heavy at all. It came in in a box with all dimensions listed. The only drawback back is it is pretty high for my need. I will probably buy a wider but not as tall.

Shiny finish and sturdy

influenster.com

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. Set up time took a bit because of the amount of screws, but overall it great. Pretty deep for how deep I thought it was going to be. The galvanized metal should hold up to the watering and wet soil.

Great planter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the color, and it was easy to put together and assemble for a beginner! Requires a ridiculous amount of dirt (duh), but i filled the bottom a little with cardboard. I’m excited to see how this holds up and how the plants do!

So cute! Good for beginners!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am still getting this totally set up but I absolutely love it. It was so easy to put together and light enough to move around and decide where it was going. I was a little bit skeptical when it arrived because of the size of the box but was pleasantly surprised.

Very good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This planter is going to be wonderful for my garden this year the value is well worth it the finish is metal and easy to clean very functional for plants and easy maintenance

Very nice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super cute can't wait to plant some onions and get our garden started. It's good metal material that I think will hold up for quite a while. It was easy to put together. Everything was included.

Cute yard addition

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Exactly as described! This was so
Easy to set up and seems very sturdy. I can't wait to plant some melons in here this fall! It was also light enough that I could assemble inside and then carry it outside.

Exactly as described!

Sunnydaze Decor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so excited about this product. For the last few years I've just planted some tomatoes against my house but I want to add in raised bed planters. I got this a little too late for this year (my tomatoes and volunteers are already well on their way) but will add it in early next Spring. It looks like it will fit 2 tomato plants nicely. Super easy assembly. The only issue is that is seems to scratch easy so I'm worried about the mower/weedeater hurting it further.

Great galvanized planter
